is licensed to sell and serve beer and wine. All beverages to be serviced by bartender. We are required by law to employ an off-duty police officer to monitor the guest during the event.
Open Bar Host of your event by providing beverages through the services of the Sullivan House for your guests. Champagne Toast     Beer, Wine & Champagne $9.00 per Guest        $14.00 per Guest Hard liquors may be provided by host. If the Open Bar for beer, wine & champagne is opted for, we will provide mixers at an additional cost of $3 per guest. Bar service includes all bartender services, police officer services, glass stemware, ice, napkins, soft drinks & water.
	Unlimited Cocktail Hour The Unlimited Cocktail Hour is an option designed to be used prior to a formal seated dinner and is usually accompanied with served hors d'oeuvres while guests await the arrival of the bride & groom. It may also be used alone to control your budget. $10.50 per guest for first hour
